Whether it is a corporate outing, birthday party, anniversary, wedding reception or holiday party, Sweet Sixteen, Quinceanera, Bar/Bat Mitzvah or Retirement Party, Village Golf Club can accommodate your party. We provide a setting like no other with our beautiful golf course views. Our party room can accommodate up to 125 people with a dance floor. Our party packages include four hours of room rental time as well as additional time for set up and clean up. Additionally, we have a beautiful outdoor ceremony area available.
We cater to your needs by offering several different food and beverage options. Guests are free to use their caterer of choice, while beverages must be purchased at our facility. We allow you to decorate the room to your liking to create the themed party you have been dreaming of. With the friendliest staff around, Village Golf Club is truly the place to host your party! RENTAL TERMS – 4 hour minimum rental per event, available evenings from 6:00 PM – 12:00AM

TIME GUIDELINES – 4 hours before event for set up, 1 hour after for clean up

SET UP GUIDELINES – Set up available same day of event after 2pm
Golf Operation open until 6:00PM

AM HOURS – Events that end after midnight(12am). $150 per additional hour after midnight

SEATING CAPACITY – Banquet Tables & Chairs included for up to 125 People

DEPOSIT – $250 deposit at booking, balance due 7 days prior to event

CANCELLATION – Written notice must be given 60 days before your scheduled event date
to refund deposit

NOT PROVIDED – Linens, Napkins, China, Silverware, Microphone, DJ’s, Decorations
Extra Tables & Chairs, Rinsing of Dishes & Utensils, Rental and
repackaging, Stacking of any rentals for pick-up and Servers

BEVERAGES – No beverages are permitted to be brought onto the club premises.
Alcohol, Beer, Soft Drinks, Water and Wine are NOT permitted to be brought
onto the club premises. Violation will lead to immediate cancellation of event

STAFF – One Staff Bartender is included. Events above 80 people require an extra bartender
Extra Bartender $75 (30 days notice required)

CLEANING – is your responsibility. Cleaning service available $75 (30 days notice required)

MIXERS – All open bars feature Pepsi brand mixers

LIQUOR – Village Golf Club may substitute liquor brands it deems to be equal or better in quality

SPECIAL REQUESTS – Beverages not listed in beverage section will be obtained by the club
and must be requested at least 14 days before event date

SALES TAX – 6% Florida state sales tax will be added except as noted

GRATUITY – 18% will be added to “Consumption Bar Bill”
